At 1200 the meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, due to only one chapter officer present a business/information meeting was held at the CGA Chief’s Mess.
Secretary’s Report: From last meeting read and accepted.

Committee Reports: Special Olympics no activities till August Softball Tournament.
Shirt/Jackets, Bob Crowell reports all items that were ordered are in but not all picked up or paid for. New orders are being taken see Bob.

1. Special Olympics Softball scheduled for last week in July. Mr. Bob Crowell taking lead.
2. Shirt/Hats, etc., Mr. Don Gauthier has proposed a source of supply to improve quality/order time. Waiting for sample & price list.
3. A proposal to fund $50.00 “outlying units” Enlisted Person of the Quarter(s) was discussed. Decided correspondence be mailed to local units inquiring if program exists and stating funding will only go to units with Chiefs in good standing.
4. Windjammer here 10/16.
5. First football 9/25.
New Business: Discussed
1. A motion to continue $100.00 donation for Salvation Army Summer Camp Program passed.
2. A motion to donate $100.00 to Cadet Drill Team passed.
3. MCPO Creighton collecting for Bruckenthal Memorial.
